I recently received my Crest VoxBox but didn't get the chance to brag about it lol I just opened it today and OMG I AM SOOOOOO EXCITED :D I got a 20 day Treatment for FREE. Fresh Skin

Got my Burt's Bees product from bzzagent.com and I let my mom use it first since she has VERY DRY skin. I just love the way her skin started looking after the first use. You guys need to check these products out and also bzzagent.com ;)

Party Time

I got to this dance from my dads town and first thing they do is give me sprite and tekila eith a beer on the side lol they know my weakness lmao There is nothing like chilling with the fam and enjoying some cold ones. The only thing is that I cnt drink as much as I want cuz I have my Bb and she comes first :)

My babies

The best thing in my life are my kids. They have inspired me to make Chingona Style a business. I always do everything with them. When Im not with them I feel so lost. I learned a lot from them. They are the reason I wake up every morning, they are my motivation. 

Edlyn helps me do YouTube videos lol She makes me do these crazy makeup looks. She is my lil Diva. I just love doing girly things with her. 

As for Ethan I consider him my lil man. He has a good way of expressing his feelings. He is very friendly and loves to make people smile.

One thing for sure I don't like no one messing with them. I become a very protective mom when it comes to them. If I see that they say Hi and don't get a Hi back I tell them "Don't worry I guess their parents didn't teach them to be polite." I make sure they don't get hurt by anyone or anything.

I know that without them I'm nothing....

Braids for Bb

Im doing Bbs hair just because her grandma is not doing it lol she loves braids but prefers my mom doing her hair. I know how to braid and I have been braiding the girls at school. If you want to check them out go to my fb page ;)

Bought My Brushes

Im so happy I just bought my set of brushes. There are 35 brushes. I cant wait to get them. Im going to start making a portfolio too soon. Im very excited yayyyyy lol

Fave Drinks

When it comes to drinking with my friends I'm so ready lol I am not a drunky but I love to have good alcoholic drinks. I don't like drinks that are too sweet. My fave drink is the Blue MF(Long Island). I just love the mixture of different alcoholic bottles. Now to bring my Mexican side out there is nothing like a Patron or 100 años. They have to be shots or I have to mix them with cranberry or orange juice. Another great bottle is Grey Goose ummmmm lol
If I just want to relax at home and drink I go for a Modelo beer or Corona. I also like to drink some malt beverages. It all depends on the mood I'm in.
The only rule I have is DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE!

Waxing best thing ever lol

Im really exxiiittteeeeedddd that on Tuesday Im going to learn how to wax. I started waxing in April of this year. Im only 26 I should've started earlier. I have to admit Im hairy and I only wanted to do my back and lip, but now I became and addict lol I did my legs, underarms, lip, back and my whole face. I thought I was going to break out a lot but I didn't. Now all I need is my arms. They are way tooo hairy. I am nervous though :/
I no longer use razors. I feel great about that because I don't spend money and I don't cut myself any more.
I recommend everyone to wax. Trust me it doesn't hurt :)

Best LIP LINER EVER!!!

I was really amazed when I first tried the Mary Kay clear lip liner. It is very soft and it goes with every lipstick. I wore it with my red lipstick and I was like OMG!! lol I had to buy 5 of them good thing I became a consultant because I get 50% off :D Anyway I love it! I have used it on my clients and they love it. The good thing about the clear liner is that you don't have to look for a matching liner to go with your lipstick. Sometimes you think you found the right match and it turns out you were wrong. I hate dragging back to the store and changing it. I recommend it to everyone. 

Sanitizing

I am very careful when I do all my makeups. I have to have everything clean and sanitize whenever I go to see a client. It is not ok to share makeup or tools. Mary Kay has packs of disposible tools that are a big help. Even for personal use we need to have everything cleaned out and sanitized. Clean your brushes once a week and sanitize them. All eyeshadows, lipsticks, blushes, bronzers etc. should be cleaned also and sanitized. If you have any questions feel free to ask me :)

Curling Lashes with a SPOON

My Favorite Tool THE SPOON

I have had many curlers for my lashes but my lashes always looked bent. My lashes are thick, long and really straight down. I have a difficult time curling them. My mom one day say "why don't you try the spoon?" It was a weird suggestion but I was like "show me how to use it." When she curled them the first time I fell in love. My lashes had that nice curve. They made my eyes look different. I couldn't believe how GREAT they looked. 

Ever since that day I always carry a spoon with me. I forgot about the curlers. Even when I go out to do the makeup for my clients I ask them if they want to try the spoon. At the end they prefer the spoon too and ask me to teach them how to do it. It is a great tool that I can't live without :)

My Kit

I am building up my kit little by little and I am very happy to share it :) It's hard to be buying everything at once. I learned to compare products, prices and quality. Some products are cheap and good and others are expensive and poor quality. I have mostly Mary Kay products and I love the quality and the price is better than M.A.C. I also bought my Manly palette. I just needed more colors that MK doesn't have and I don't want to be buying the one eyeshadow at a time from M.A.C. I do need to buy my set of brushes. I have a few but I need more ;) I have to make new business cards too and start promoting my business. I have some clients but I want to get my name out there. If you know of anyone that needs a new look recommend me lol

My Beginning

I recently started my business as a Makeup Artist. I had fallen in love with makeup ever since I used to watch my mother doing hers. I love matching colors and making the eyes look different. 
As the time passed by I was introduced to the Mary Kay cosmetics. Mary Kay was a big influence to my passion for makeup. I decided to start my own Mary Kay business in 2007. It was only to buy my own products at 50% off. I wanted all the makeup products. I started going to the meetings where they had makeup classes. I knew I had to be there. I learned the basic makeup but it was only for me to do on myself. I never imagined doing it on other people.
I started taking makeup very serious when people started asking for makeup classes. I would only teach them a basic and they would buy the product. I thought it was a good idea to start my own business as a makeup artist but I was more focused on becoming a police officer first. Too bad that dreams don't always come true. I was denied the application of becoming a police officer. I was depressed and thought I wasn't going to do anything. I quit school and was jobless.
My MK Director noticed I had a passion for makeup and she gave me the idea on starting passing out my business cards saying I do makeup for special occasions. I went beyond that. I made fliers and started passing them on.
Now I have people asking me for prices and setting up dates for their events and I also started school for Esthetics. I am learning more and putting all my knowledge in my work.
